Mud, Sand and Water Play

As well as being a whole lot of fun, water channel play, mixing mud potions, and building with sand are all invaluable for helping children learn to problem solve and learn the qualities of different materials

Water Wall - Large (One sided)

Our product code: D2-SW015-A

Our single sided Water Wall is an engaging educational tool for children. It consists of a vertical panel with tubes, channels, and containers that allow water to flow in different directions.

Children can experiment with water pressure, gravity, and flow patterns, learning about cause and effect, fluid dynamics, and problem-solving. As they play, children develop fine motor skills and gain a deeper understanding of science concepts.

Water Walls foster creativity and cooperation, making learning a fun and interactive experience that sparks curiosity and imagination.

outdoor mud, sand, and water play equipment for schools and nurseries

In EYFS and nursery, playground sand and water play stations help children to hone their fine motor control and explore different substances. As they grow, they can use them as their first steps into science, finding out about materials which float, sink, or absorb water, as well as how to create steady structures.

in KS1 and beyond, students enjoy finding out how to create different textures and effects in mud kitchens while engaging in imaginative play. Sand and water can also be used to explore problems of volume, capacity, and how to build a leak-proof water channel.

Our most complex learners are now better able to engage with an increasing range of outdoor learning opportunities.

Outdoor spaces are vital to help those who experience multi-sensory processing difficulties develop their senses and gain and understanding of their place in the world.

The garden will not only enable a more holistic learning experience but will support overall health and wellbeing.
