Permanent Shade Sails are constructed with heavy duty galvanised steel posts and are designed to withstand 300mm of snowfall and British weather conditions.

Unlike Detachable Shade Sails they do not need to be removed in inclement weather.

Detachable Sail Shades are constructed with timber posts and are designed to survive moderate wind and weather conditions of the British summer.

During inclement weather, you must take down your temporary Shade Sail; they can tolerate normal wind and rain, but if the weather is very stormy or you expect heavy rains, take it down and store safely.

Size, shape, and colour are all changeable factors in our Shade Sail designs, so we can easily design and make something specifically for you and your school's need!
